Our Story

Arthur Logan Building Co. was founded by longtime friends and colleagues, Clay Sichling and Bailey Grenga, whose professional relationship began more than a decade ago when they started their careers together at the same construction firm after college. Their careers eventually took them in different directions, allowing each to develop a distinct set of experiences within the luxury residential market. 

Clay spent the next 12 years working with leading high-end residential construction firms across the East End, gaining extensive experience managing complex custom homes, detailed renovations, and architecturally significant projects.

Bailey remained rooted in the Westhampton Beach and Quogue communities, spending the past decade building lasting relationships with local homeowners, architects, designers, and trusted professionals. His experience has given him an intimate understanding of the properties, craftsmanship, attention to detail, and expectations.

Arthur Logan Building Co. brings those complementary backgrounds together under one name. Built on a longstanding friendship and a shared commitment to craftsmanship, transparency, and personal service, the company provides a hands-on approach to building and renovating exceptional homes throughout the East End.
